Cleaning garage, shop, organizing rods, reels and tackle. It's been going on for 3 weeks. Getting there.

Right there with you. Garage is in much better shape. Need to make some rod storage in the basement. Probably do that this weekend

Fishing gear is being trimmed down. Went through a Duckett phase and some just don't have the backbone needed for more than medium applications. Baits galore I bought and no time to use. I have to find where I can take my Tundra take-off parts. Apparently you cannot leave them out for trash and I think the dump also has restrictions. Arghhh!!!! Won't even get started on the dangum shrubbery disaster from the snowmageddon event.

We had 16 mercury-vapor lights way up in the trees. Last year I removed all the ballasts. Finally got the new led bulbs installed yesterday. They had to bring a cherry picker to get it done. I think about 9 or 10 are working, but that includes 4 we lost due to a tree dying and getting cut down. They are on 2 switches in the house. One side is working and the other is throwing a breaker. Now have to get the electrician out here. On the plus side, the one working side really looks cool!

Still working on my concrete sack retaining wall.

Hauling stones down to place around the dock and firepit.

Golf cart and Gator both in the shop. Never knew how much I depend on those.

Fixing cracked flagstone in transition from house to an added on sunroom.

Called for hot tub warranty work.

Taking reels and rods to be fixed.

Starting to work on Billy Dyson Tournament and TFF Tackle Swap.

Getting ready for a party out here with a bunch of old high school friends.

I need a nap just thinking about it.

That is an ambitious list, I would get that done in about 7 years

I hear you JP. One of my retirement projects was my shop cleanup and organization. I'm about 2/3 of the way done. I either have too small a shop or too much stuff. I've trashed a lot of it.

Advice? Wise men don't need it. Fools won't heed it.

We build up a ridiculous amount of stuff over the years. I have a few boxes and crates in the shop that I haven't opened in 12 or more years. In the process of giving and throwing stuff away. I've been holding on to a 1999 BMW Z3 for years. Was going to wait a few more years to see what happens when it becomes a classic, but decided to put it up for sale. The shop has been a mess for 3 or 4 years. It's finally starting to get back to the way I like it. It's nice to know where you stuff is when you need it.
