I’m generally against unions but this company should go union if the government lets them

call it what you will...he is not definitely not anywhere near the top of the list for QB's that I would choose needing a FG or touchdown drive late in the game.

No, if 51% of the eligble voters that vote vote to unionize then the company is required to negotiate a collective bargaining agreement with the membership that must be ratified by the rank and file membership.

Ironic that Amazon is demanding in person voting for the union decision claiming its the only way to verify who is actually voting.

They’re gonna move to robot delivery and robot warehouse workers more quickly if they vote to unionize.

These companies are politically and socially liberal which is their choice. Historically, conservatives and southern states/voters have been solidly anti-union but now the conundrum is why support Amazon based on that fact. I hope they get this one union and then unionization causes severe heartburn for the owner, executives, and investors across the country.
In fact I hope card check is forced through along with abolition of right to work laws. I hope Amazon gets democracy and they get it hard to paraphrase Mencken.

If that's true why does anyone work there? Go some place else.

Unions are like appendixes, maybe they served a purpose long ago but with a modern, mobile economy, they add zero value. If you don't like your employer find another one!

This ^^^^^^^
Strongly agree Josh-
I bet there a lot of folks who love working there and enjoy being rewarded for hard work.

And those folks have no need for a union.

I pushed back on Amazon for awhile but the local stores have become less dependable with their inventory. And when you say local store, it is something like Lowes or Home Depot. You have a much larger selection from Amazon, and know immediately if it is available and when you will get it. It is amazing that you can order today and often receive it tomorrow. Price is not especially attractive though as even with Prime, the shipping is not free but added to the cost of the item. I definitely would not want to work for them.
