Men are like fish...If we'd learn to keep our mouth shut, we'd stay out of trouble.

MERCY - not receiving what you deserve GRACE - receiving what you don't deserve America's MESS = God's miracle fixes I'd rather walk with God with no questions answered than to walk thru life without Him and know the answers

He is risen and went to be at the right hand of God. He intercedes for us to the father on a daily or even every minute. He lives among us through the Holy Spirit.
This is the short answer. This. Thanks, that answers it. Didn't really understand all the signs. Its good to question things. We learn best that way. yes it is I always like Sunday School better in the beginning, when I first got saved, so I could ask questions and learn.

Today represents the greatest gift to all mankind from The Creator. The effect of sin on the believer is put away for the follower of Jesus !
Yes, yes . . . God be praised > Hallelujah
Advice? Wise men don't need it. Fools won't heed it.

Jesus did all of the work to save all of us. Jesus took me for who I am. I said that sinners prayer a few years ago and accepted Jesus Christ has my Lord and Savior. My life had changed for all the better. Once I had gotten saved I started to learn more and more what Jesus wanted me to do. All I can do is learn more about Jesus and try to follow him the best I can. As much as I continue to sin against the word of God, Jesus has never left me. I fight the Devil everyday as a Christian. The bible says that once you are saved you will battle the flesh and the sprit of the Lord. The Devil is very powerful but Jesus is way more powerful than him. This world is not my home and one of these days I will be with my Savior and Lord, Jesus Christ. Amen.

My question was more about the wording of the signs. I know the rising story well, but never understood the use of the term "is risen." I was taught that he rose.
The solution to any problem - work, love, money, whatever - is to go fishing, and the worse the problem, the longer the trip should be. --John Gierach

Can someone explain "He is risen" to me? I of course understand that he rose from the grave, but do some people think He has returned and is living among us right now, making preparations for what comes next? No sarcasm intended. everybody has an interpretation i always thought it meant don't look for him in the tomb prophecy has been full filled "On the 3rd day He rose again According to the scriptures"

He defeated death and He lives, in order that by believing in Him we shall also live! Death no longer has a grip on us!
Just one more cast!

Amen. Jesus has risen. Thank God, Jesus loves a sinner like me! I trusted Jesus years ago. Best decision I have ever made. Accepting Jesus as your Lord and Savior is the most important thing anyone can do in this walk of life. Jesus did all the work by taking all of our sins to his grave. Jesus then rose from his grave and now sits at the right hand of the almighty God. Through the power of Jesus Christ, I said that very simple "Sinners Prayer" and will be going to Heaven when my life here is over. I am only a sinner, saved by the grace and love of Jesus Christ. May everyone has a very blessed Easter! Side Note: God Bless America. This country needs it !
