What are your top 5 Texas-rigs and who turned you on to them?
1. Berkley 7" Blue Fleck Power Worms - Monte Coon - my go-to when nothing else is working
2. Baby Brush Hog - found on my own, but Greg Stanley and James Beach got me fishing them with an offset round bend hook
3. YUM Wooly Hawgtail - found on my own
4. YUM Dinger - Lindy Roberts introduced me to fishing them wacky-rigged with an o-ring, but I later found I also liked them on a 1/16th oz. Texas-rig
5. Grande Bass Rattlesnake - Jerry Shinn
The solution to any problem - work, love, money, whatever - is to go fishing, and the worse the problem, the longer the trip should be. --John Gierach

1...Culprit original 7.5" Tequila Shad color...That's all I have used for the past 15 years or so. Can't remember why I started using them or who/what started this love affair...

Zoom super fluke Zoom baby brush hog Zoom Mag II and Ole monster Berkley power worm 7 and 10 inch Strike King rage bug and rage craw.
For a drop shot I mostly use Zoom and Strike King finesse worms and trick worms. Also use V&M brand, trick worms. This time of year I throw a Yum Dinger quite a bit wacky style.

I love those Speed Craws too! Wish I could fish them as good as Tommy Climer. I have only used them as a jig trailer. I will have to Tx. rig one and test it out.
