Just something off the wall here but I wonder how some raw fish fillet/s and some raw fresh chicken meat ground up like sausage would be fried with some sort of spices!! Maybe coated in cornmeal !!

To start with...75% fish ( catfish to start with) and 25% chicken breast. (patties) I have my own fish seasoning ready along with my spicy tartar sauce mix. Plan to deep fry at 375*F 5-6 minutes. Now to get the goodies to make this concoction. Back later..
