I was as low as 201 and as high as 210 thru March. setting at 206 today.
starting to think my scale is bi-polar.
Just want to make folks smile, and spit coffee on their keyboard.
If you put beans in your chili, you don't know beans about chili.
God doesn't create temporary people, you will spend eternity somewhere. Choose wisely.

The month of March I have felt like the little choo-choo train going straight uphill. I kept telling myself, “I think I can, I think I can.” I would have a great week and then the next…not so great. With my travels and more birthdays (wife’s surprise 60th almost did me in), I have finally realized that things will get in the way, but I must overcome. It boils down to just how bad a person wants to lose weight and be healthier. I have a goal set and I will make that goal in due time. For me, it’s not a 100-yard dash. It’s a marathon. I’m happy to report another weight loss recorded for March. Jan 1 – 248 Feb 1 – 239 Mar 1 – 234 Apr 1 – 226 I’m hoping our other participants are showing favorable results. Even one pound lost is progress. I will attest that posting publicly on TFF has been a great motivator for me. Ones that are struggling and that really do want to lose the weight, come join us. Accountability is a true measure for success. Good luck!  Okie

Not an official participant here, but I weighed at end of March at 216 I need motivation to get back down to 190 to feel better then see where I go from there!! I am now 58 and it seems harder to put down the fork!!

Not an official participant here, but I weighed at end of March at 216 I need motivation to get back down to 190 to feel better then see where I go from there!! I am now 58 and it seems harder to put down the fork!! Brother, we hear ya. I turned 60 last year. Join us, please. It’ll help some....I promise!

Mom and pops got their vaccine. I ain't had mommas cooking in a while. Wish me luck. I'm taking a mulligan on Easter. Lol

Gotta modify or you will burn out. It’s a very slow process if you’re doing it right. GL and glad to hear about parent’s vaccines.
