Anyone have a guy they would recommend highly for recarpeting a 21' Ranger?
I'm willing to drive to get a good job done.
Idea on cost?

I had mine done by vsboatcarpeting here from the TFF. I think he goes by gonecatchin, but they are reasonable,, good job, and very fast.

I'll second what tx_basser said. I had my boat re-carpeted by vsboatcarpeting this past December and they did a great job. He's in Sanger. PM him and he can you give you an estimate on the cost.

I was quoted between $1200 and $1400 for my ZX225. Definitely getting mine redone this year.

I go with one of the new non carpet options sea dek Absolutely love the look of this stuff... never talked to anyone that has it, but heard it doesn’t hold up as well over time as carpet. Wish someone around here had it on their boat for a couple of years so I could see it for myself.

I put sea deck in my cockpit area I will let y’all know how it holds up. I really like it, until it gets frost on it early in the morning and you step from carpet to floor trying to put a fish in live well. And before you know what happened your feet are in the air and your fish is flopping beside you.

Had mine done here 2 years ago, still looks and feels great with the padded deck up front. Fishing barefoot is a pleasure! I have an old 19ft Javelin, had seats recovered at the same time and I want to say it was about $1200 cash.

Roger Malone 817-727-3687 Roger just did mine a couple of months ago and did a great job and was more than fair on the price. It was less than $900 for a champion 203 with padding on the whole front deck

Just had new carpet put in my Legend LE-21 by Lake Fork carpet. Did a great job. Even had them put padding on front deck.
