Don't know about LBJ, but Stillhouse hasn't been having a very good spring so far.

We were on LBJ yesterday. A few fish were still on beds, others swimming around the boat in the back of creeks (couldn't get them to eat). Boated everything from dinks to five pounds throwing a YM around the docks. Ran into a local fella as we were leaving and he said to throw brush hogs and weightless senko's under the docks for the big'uns.

Boated everything from dinks to five pounds throwing a YM around the docks. Color has been decent. I think Jerad Pool had 12 over 10 in his boat in March out there so it was clear enough!!

Went to stillhouse and they haven't even got on beds hardly. It was 59-63 most places

Got a late start and went to LBJ. Fished about an hour and my boat started crapping out on me. Off the lake and headed to Tightlines in Killeen to get it fixed. 0 bites, saw two small males, and three groups of fry that were already nearly an inch and a half long. LBJ must have had some spawners in February before the ice.

I didn’t fish any before the freeze but my neighbor did and said definitely were a few on beds before the ice hit. Would have never guessed that.

Well if I get my boat back up and running might try that. Put in at Bluebriar and had to stay pretty much there because of boat issues. Only fished an hour so.
