I have one as well with the SHO and its a 70-72mph boat sometimes faster depending on load. Full tournament load partner livewells full 68-70.

Are you serious? There are diesel tuners everywhere, diesels don’t even get an emissions test, at least in Texas they don’t. There’s nothing cracked down around here on diesels or anything else.

Get pulled over by DOT or DPS and see what happens. Even on state inspections we are suppose to look for the cat and any mods. One company that provided tunes has been fined for each vehicle they tuned. They are now bankrupt. Not saying you can't do it but if it is loud and rolls coal you are running on borrowed time.

Nothing happens, at least anywhere around here. There are literally hundreds of diesels running around just in my local area. Heck, there’s probably more modified diesels than stock.

No. I wish. I work on hot rods and muscle cars. Rarely is anything a “new” year model. Every once in a while it’s a late model camaro or corvette. But...mostly 50’s-mid 80’s.

Layout isn't well thought out boxes are all weird shapes sort of like playing tetras when organizing your tackle and rods.

Boat will beat you pretty bad in small chop sort of like being thrown around in a washing machine while someone beats you in the tall bone with a sock filled with nickels.

Bass cat boats have a great fit and finish but are to quirky for me.

These are real numbers with a 250 pro-xs also. Boat will not run much over 70 and your not gonna be very comfortable when doing 70 in this boat. Dude in triton or a phoenix or a skeeter or a ranger will pass you while drinking coffee and your trying to hand on for dear life.

Wow Not my experience at all I've owned 10 basscats Cougars, Puma's & Eyra the Caracal is 19'8" long Eyra was 20'2 and Puma and Caracal where 20'4"
Caracal will not beat you up in small chop it rides just as good as my 20' did. Mine will do 74 mph with a 225 you can't get a 250 on this boat. Boat is actually longer storage wise than my Eyra was probably because of the newer motor.
