 Power Pole Customer Service Comes Through Again

I have two 10 ft blades I bought separately and used. I have never had a serious issue with them. When I have had a problem, power Pole Customer service has been the best. When I damaged a spike, they sent me two new ones, one for each unit, because the design had changed. When I blew a hose, they sent me hoses, ferrell's, and fluid, no charge. When I burned up a board, they sent me a new one.
I had a board fail in one unit late last year. I haven't dealt with customer service since 2018. Out of the blue yesterday I emailed the guy who helped me with my last issue in 2018 about the bad board.
Not twelve hours later, this morning, I get an email back that a new board is being shipped no problem. This is yet another experience in the best customer service I have had anywhere in any industry.

Shop around...you will find guys selling gif certificates at a discount from tournament season....and bc of the customer service, don't be afraid to buy iaed
