Looking to Re Power from 09 HPDI 2 Stroke to a new SHO. Looking for some information from anyone who has done this before. Do's, Dont's, Recommendations? Houston area.
Everything on your bass boat is broken......You just don't know it yet.

Good luck,
I took my boat to the dealership in October , just got it back this month, I went with a 200 hp inline 4, not the SHO ,
I would say find a motor in stock someplace. Do not believe them when they say " we will have your motor in 60 days " 60 days turns into 6 months. ( my motor was supposed to be shipped in Nov, then January ,then March, ) I got tired of being put off , and bought a motor online from a shop in California.
I got the digital controls , really like them so far, ( still in the break in period )
