Thanks in advance for all the help/suggestions. This is not the correct section but my 'new thread' isnt available in the boats and motor or the classified section,
My new SHO is set for delivery next week, I am replacing my original 08' 250 HPDI with 520 hours, it has a new OBR lower unit as of sept. 2020 and number 2 piston was replaced also. {lost compression} motor runs fine, looking for suggestions on value of old motor ?? Thanks for all suggestions!

Thats a bit optimistic considering the market is getting flooded with late model 2 strokes in favor for 4 strokes. 5-6k is a more realistic number.
