Anybody know of a good place to catch a couple dozen 4-5" sunfish / bluegill at Choke Canyon? I'm taking my nephew to set limb lines and read TPWD doesn't allow transporting bait from one body of water to another. We live a few hours away and I've never tried catching bait at the lake. Anybody know of any bait shops that sell sunfish? I'd hate to get out there and not be able to find enough bait.

Get you a carton of red wigglers, an ultralight R/R, long shank hooks, and a bobber and give that a go.
Just one more cast!

There is a bait shop that just opened. Its inbetween the south shore park and the calliham park on the left right off the highway next to the bass inn/ oyo hotel. Also there is another one that sells live perch in tilden. Sorry I dont know the names of them.
