forgot you are in san angelo, call charred 380, they say on the site they are opening a store there but not when. Unless their setting up shop here in the next 2 weeks they won't do me much good . Mama's already finalizing the plans we have now and wants it yesterday grin n bear it and hope for some bonus points to be used at your discretion. She bought me a GLoomis NRX last week as a gesture of good faith. I told her I want 5 more. there ya go.

I can build something like this for 42k to $53k in a 20x20 size. Obviously pricing would go up or down depending on size. We’ve done some amazing outdoor kitchens. They are a little higher now due to material costs.

This is Marty B's in Bartonville, TX. Taking in to consideration the amount of money and work y'all are taking about for an outside grill, the wife and I can eat here for many years to come. And, I don't have to help clean up after I eat. Just a thought.

this one was probably around 65-70k including the deck I added, roof, grill/sink/granite cook station, outdoor fireplace. roof extension is all cedar and just the wood was a little over 8k 4 + yrs. ago, I added the deck with about 6k in wood (no labor on that), lynx grill I just removed retails for around 4,500.00 and putting in larger one that I ordered for 4,000.00. now has a traeger timberline 1300 pellet grill and XL green egg. none of it is cheap I am finding out. go check out charred 380, I just bought the new grill from them and they do outdoor kitchens as well. very helpful with info. I went to the mckinney location https://www.charredtx.com/if I ever get stupid money, I'm going to do this.....and order a $350 steak from a gay pirate.

This is what we're having built but in brown/tan sandstone to match the house. Will also have a 10' concrete extension on the front and a 4' wide 12' long side walk leading to the patio. The 48k includes Granite counter tops, Blaze LTE grill, griddle, and refrigerator, ceiling fan, lighting, and sink.

Reviving an old thread. Builder finally broke ground today. Only about 6 weeks behind schedule thanks to COVID. Hopefully everything goes smoothly and in 4 or 5 weeks it will be done.
