That's a pretty good price. These are just estimates for what you described.
Concrete $4000
Structure $25,000
Fireplace $10,000
Kitchen $8,000
Appliances $8,000
Elec/Plumb $4,000

Quotes include labor?
If no, legit labor cost?

I can build something like this for 42k to $53k in a 20x20 size. Obviously pricing would go up or down depending on size. We’ve done some amazing outdoor kitchens. They are a little higher now due to material costs.

This is Marty B's in Bartonville, TX.

Taking in to consideration the amount of money and work y'all are taking about for an outside grill, the wife and I can eat here for many years to come. And, I don't have to help clean up after I eat.

Just a thought.

none of it is cheap I am finding out.

go check out charred 380, I just bought the new grill from them and they do outdoor kitchens as well. very helpful with info. I went to the mckinney location

This is what we're having built but in brown/tan sandstone to match the house. Will also have a 10' concrete extension on the front and a 4' wide 12' long side walk leading to the patio. The 48k includes Granite counter tops, Blaze LTE grill, griddle, and refrigerator, ceiling fan, lighting, and sink.

Will the fridge stay cold sitting outside, even being under a cover?

Reviving an old thread. Builder finally broke ground today. Only about 6 weeks behind schedule thanks to COVID. Hopefully everything goes smoothly and in 4 or 5 weeks it will be done.
