Is there a fix for the axle tubes? I have 2012 zx20 Tubes?, the axle should be solid. Nope. Square hollow tunes bent down in the middle with a drain hole.

I have a new one in my shed that has never been used for a 2006 I class. It is silver for the port side. Send me a pm if interested.

Sorry been there done that, if its rusted out there the rest of your tube trailer has the same cancer, your throwing good money after bad trying to repair its best to just buy a new trailer, a C channel one that won't hold moisture and rot out. And do not procrastinate your trailer can spread eagle and put your boat on the ground when those cross tubes are rusted like that, I's seens it.

The whole trailer is C channel other than the two cross tubes the torsion axles are mounted to. EZ loader sells them I've found.

I'll be contacting McGill this Summer. Trailer will get a makeover. I had Classic Fiberglass redo my old 1995 Ranger Trailer. That was many years ago.

Well it is not just the fiberglass and plastic fenders that suck. I had the weld that holds the fender on to the trailer break on my EZ loader.

I've repaired them, it's not that big of a deal and any body shop should be able to do it.
I did take metal strips and panel bond to reinforce where the cracks were.
