 Boat carpet repair

I have a couple of spots on my carpet where the glue has let go.
The carpet is still in good shape so what is the best glue to use?

The 3M glue will hold for about a day. Maybe two.
Get Weldwood contact cement. Apply to both sides(floor and back of carpet). Let it “set up” about 10-15 minutes. Then stick the carpet down. It is permanent. Next owner will have to sand that glue off.
Eat. Sleep. Fish.
