Almost 25% of 40 of the best bassers
with the best equipment on the planet
caught 1 or no fish today. (At least 2 lbs, that is)
Even after having several days to
practice and find the fish.

Why?

What are the water temps at Rayburn?
Others reasons why so many of them struggled?

The rest of the story is almost all of them had a good practice. Several I heard say that the wind was coming from the opposite direction today, also started out pretty cool.

I was wondering the same thing. My kid had a HS baseball game yesterday so we couldn’t fish, but SETX caught em pretty good for HS kids and the weather hadn’t changed. confused 3

I could say something about it being MLF but the cold front and 4000 boats out there for the past week have put a hurt on the shallow fish.

Pressure, post front made for less than desirable conditions. Fish seemed to be grouped really tight. My buddy was on a good bite until yesterday. Fish just vanished. I don't think most guys understand how much pressure that place gets. It's crazy literally every single day the groups of fish get beat on

It fished tough for me Saturday. I fished good water and had at least a dozen MLF guys come in and around me practicing. I wont say who but overheard one pro tell another that this sucks and Im outta here. Has to be pressure, wind etc. found a ton of empty beds. It just was tough for me to get bites. But somebody will find em

This is crazy because just last week you could catch basically unlimited 1-2.5lb in the back of drain on a senko.
