I had a contact named Melinda Hays that was able to help me the last time my earpieces came unglued. But it looks like her email is no longer valid.

Anyone have a good contact?

It looks like Snowmageddon may have caused my earpieces from Fathoms and the nosepiece of my Zanes to fall apart this weekend.

My problem is I am fishing a tournament this weekend and I wonder if I next day air one or both pairs if it would be possible to get one or both back by this Friday?

I’ve always had good success just using their normal channels. Everyone who has responded to my warranty issues has been great.

I just use their repairs website and haven't seen any issues to change

to echo above, repairs website is easy to use and I've done it twice for two different pairs and haven't had to pay anything. They've sent brand new glasses back each time.

Melinda is no longer with Costa, she has been gone for around 3 years. It would be best to go through the channels like mentioned or call customer service. They sell the replacement parts as well now on the website for those that is not a warranty issue.

Thanks guys.

Last time I went through the “regular” channel......it was slow and horrible. That is why Melinda got involved.

Hopefully things are better now.

I used the regular channels recently and the whole process from sending them off to getting a brand new pair took about 3 weeks. I was not expecting new glasses but that is what I got so no complaints!

See you on the lake and have a great day!
