Me too. I'll put them up soon.
I planted a red trumpet vine yesterday. That will bring a bunch in.

Red trumpet vines are good, as are zinnias and salvia. Both of these like full sun and are easy to grow in this area (N Tex).

Keep an eye on trumpet vines . They can pop the siding off of a house .

I think our lantanas got hammered but hopefully the hummers will find plenty besides the feeders to work on.

Oh, hummingbirds. How can I get more. I had my home built 6 years ago. The first 2 years I had one hummingbird. The next 2 years I had two and these last two years Iโve seen 3 at times but not very often. I have out 2 feeders out. Coach, the only thing I know that may help is to have plants that also attract them elsewhere in your landscape- I have lantana and roses planted, Iโve heard maybe add some honeysuckle? They like the Red Yuccas also

Red trumpet vines are good, as are zinnias and salvia. Both of these like full sun and are easy to grow in this area (N Tex). I have a lot of different salvia planted and they love em --- there was a land owner down in central America that planted acres on salvia just for the purpose of attracting hummingbirds -- my father , whom is a hardcore birder the last 40+ years said --- his land has actually affected migratory routes of different hummingbirds. There is some videos' of his land and "birds " on youtube .
