Since Feb 28th, Your Texas Rangers spring training record is 9-5-3. Will they be able to play with the other teams this year? Or contend for a title? I sure hope so. I miss those days back in 2010 & 2011. Will you go out and support the team this year?

I think we are looking at a last place team. Our Minor League system is one of the worst. As far as spring training record. We are only + 2 in runs scored and given up. That stat tells me all I need to know. Ive been a fan since day 1. I was a bat boy for Dallas/ Ft.Worth Spurs in the old Turnpike Stadium. I got to be an honorary bat boy for the first Major League series when Tom Vandergrift got Bob Short to move the Washington Senators to Arlington. Sat next to Ted Williams and Frank Howard. I was in baseball heaven.

Would've gone last year.

call it what you will...he is not definitely not anywhere near the top of the list for QB's that I would choose needing a FG or touchdown drive late in the game.

Baseball in March doesn't tell much. Lot of young guys getting playing time across the league. I suspect the AL West will shake out in the following order 1. Astros (93-100 wins) 2. A's (82-87 wins) 3. Angels (75-80 wins) 4. Rangers (Marginally better than the Mariners) 5. Mariners (going to be a rough year)

They'll never be closer than that 1 strike away.
But I hope I'm wrong.

I think there's going to be alot of parity in AL West this yr. Houston has lost some pitching and fire power, I think the A's lost some pretty solid players as well

The pundits have spoken and aside from the Pirates most prognosticators predict the Rangers of having the worst team in baseball. This could all change if the rumors about Story come to fruition though.

Houston has lost some pitching and fire power, I think the A's lost some pretty solid players as well Houston has some young pitchers that showed a lot of promise last season, but only time will tell on how they handle a full 162 game season. Framber Valdez's spring training broken finger is a bit worrisome as he was looking like he was going to be our #3 pitcher in the rotation, but hopefully Odorizzi can fill that hole. I also wanted to see Forrest Whitley start to pan out, but it sounds like he may need TJ surgery.
