I used to fish Texoma every week. The pictures I have from my catches show that until mid April, you need to focus South of Big Tex. Blue Cats should be biting and Stripers never quit.

PK where is Big Tex located?? I've only been on Texoma 3-4 times. We rented a lake Cabin in Big Mineral. Thanks

PK where is Big Tex located?? I've only been on Texoma 3-4 times. We rented a lake Cabin in Big Mineral. Thanks Tons of brush piles on that lake. Should be a good time.

PK where is Big Tex located?? I've only been on Texoma 3-4 times. We rented a lake Cabin in Big Mineral. Thanks I think he's recommending you find another lake south of Texoma until mid April if you are after spring crappie.

They are starting to show up in the Big Mineral Marina and we caught a few in Walnut Creek.
