OP Darn Learner Green Horn D Joined: Jun 2016 Posts: 13	Today I was walking down the rocky hillside to the water and could see a very large orange fish in the water. I was at Mccowen Valley on Lake whitney. I can only assume it was a koi fish. It was between 15 and 20 " long. I spooked it when I got close. Crazy fishing times.

Osbornfishing TFF Team Angler O Joined: Sep 2017 Posts: 3,448	If it was bright orange, it was probably a koi or goldfish. There are lots of carp in Lake Whitney and I have had anglers describe them as orange.
