Any reports on crappie or sandies moving yet?

I fished White Rock Creek for a few hours on Saturday afternoon, not a bite. There were a few other folks in the vicinity, spoke to a couple of them and it seemed things were slow, at least during that particular time.

Way better places to find both species than there.

Apparently so...it was my first time fishing there and first time fishing for Crappie in Texas. Any help pointing me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.
