Might be scouts idk but I cleaned houses again and found these 3. Good news is they’re back today and were waiting on me to finish cleaning the last house.

I had a robin hide by my patio door when it froze bad, found him dead a few days later next to the dryer vent. Poor thing

Found four dead Blue birds in one of my Blue bird houses. When it gets cold, Blue birds will gather in a house they know hoping their little bodies will create enough heat to save them from the cold. It was just too cold for these four.

Sad.

I lost 5 Martins to the freeze, found 2 dead bluebirds laying in the backyard on the snow. No one will ever know how many of the small birds died during the freeze.

It was -3 at my house for one of the days.

Freeze took it's toll on a lot of different wildlife. Axis Deer and Black Buck Deer suffered a lot. Certain bird populations also took a hit. Hopefully healthy herds of deer and flocks of birds will fill in the voids as time goes by.

Lost over 20 martins here in Zapata. Got three pair back now ..
