Placed a rod order with Pro Angler yesterday at 11:40am. Road arrived at 1:40pm today.
Im only an hour away from the company as the crowflies but man thats great CS.!!
And shipping was free!

Love post like these. Good customer service is hard to find these days.

Pro angler [Ed] will take care of you, I have not had him ship me anything. My friend that moved to Red Oak bought a rod from him. Got it quick. He has good supply of other crappie& catfish tackle> So look em up you be happy. Yep have 3 rods . Just need a THUMP on one of em.

Yes, good customer service is getting harder and harder to find. Seems like most folks want to slide by on the bare minnimum and collect their money. When you find good service it is a breath of fresh air.
