Fished FCL Monday with Doc. Water temp 67-71 & still 2 feet low. Went with high anticipation for big bluegill after last week...but no...they just vanished back into the abyss. We did manage 3 small ones for the entire day...so we decided to change our focus to bass. Turned out it paid off big time. We ended up with 51 bass with a couple big ones. We each caught one that weighed 5.6 lbs. The next biggest as a 4.10 & lots of 2-3 pounders. Best bite came later in the day. All fish were caught on the "triple threat"...swimbaits, Culprit worms & Gulp Alive 1" minnows. Got some decent video...especially later in the day when the light was better... FCL 3-8-21

Life is very GOOD on Fayette! Great job guys! Side Note: Any idea where the Bluegill/Sunfish went?

Chuck...No Idea...when they disappear they are impossible to locate...so far... Seeing signs of the spawn in both the creeks and ponds. Catching some nice fish.

Scott...REALLY nice meeting you as well. We played Landa Park this morning and it was the tale of 2 sides...shot a 46 on the front & 38 on the back. Glad you had a good day on Fayette on Monday...good thing we went that day cause the wind has been brutal every day since then.

Chuck...I believe the bass are spawning on Fayette now...may be a few weeks for the Sunnies to get going...
