Alright, thanks for the advice everyone. The guy I spoke to said the decal was coming from the state and claimed that it had been lost in the mail twice now. Even if thats true, they still have not once reached out to me to provide any sort of update since I dropped it off over 3 months ago and they have acted annoyed every time I've called and asked for one. Hopefully it's not anything nefarious.
I'll probably give them until the end of the week to voluntarily give it back and if they still refuse go up there with my titles and demand my property be returned.

Shoot... I'd give you your boat back at my shop. Maybe we're the shady shop and it is illegal but geez... I've never heard of that, sounds crazy to me. Never heard of anything making it illegal to have a boat with no sticker.... And why the heck does a sticker take that long... print that sucker!

Nothing you’re being told makes any sense at all.
The only thing that is logical is there’s a reason they are hiding your boat. What that reason is nobody knows.
The only sticker the state would send is your TX numbers and registration. And that goes to you not the dealer.
I used to have the number to tracker corporate customer service, I’d be yakking at them, they can rain fire on someone trying to pull a stunt. Those are all tracker employees.

you should be there in the morning with titles in hand, do what tin star cajun recommended, don't let them cover up whatever is going on cuz something is bad wrong.
I am wondering if maybe some moron salesman may have even sold it?

Didn't want to come straight out and say that, but I won't say it wasn't what I was thinking.
I would at least insist on laying an eyeball on it. Then your course of action will be much clearer.
