Why have an argument, just pull out your concealed carry and justify it with a “no duty to retreat” rule. In Texas, you're justified in using deadly force if you reasonably believe it's immediately necessary to protect yourself from another's use or attempted use of unlawful deadly force.
I walked into the store maskless like a boss yesterday. It was a very liberating experience. So did I! Everybody looked at me in disbelief in QT. Would it be legal to do that to someone in your business if you had a sign that said mask required. Had two customers come in business yesterday without mask just to protest, saying pgovernor dropped mandate. Didn’t buy anything. My manager has several health problems and wears mask. I thought the mandate started next week. So is using a legal weapon in your business covered under the castle law. ? Throw them out of your business. If you have to ask if you can shoot them you shouldn't own a gun. Trust me, my manager isn’t big enough or mean enough to do that. Wish they would just go to store where owner doesn’t care.

If you are seriously considering shooting someone over a mask, you need to turn in your LTC. Don’t intend too, just wondered if it would be legal. Not sure it won’t happen somewhere if customer is bullying manger and threatening to give them the hoax virus. Will be hard to keep workers where there are non maskers protesting in store. Do have a friend who’s a cop. But those guys have plenty already.

Will ware one if required by a business. Wish that was everyone answer. It is my answer, a business can operate however they choose to but I will try to avoid those places if possible.

A guy and I were talking at work about masks. He thinks we opened up too soon. I said Florida never shut down to which he said "that why they have so many cases". I then said if that's the case how do you explain california and new york. the silence was deafening. You need to learn how to use emotions. Logic will never convince them. I find that crayons and a coloring book sometimes helps to explain things to people like that. The coloring book is for after, it helps to soothe the pain from them having to think.

When I hear the term "adult coloring book", I take it to mean the same thing as "adult theater". My only question is do I need the 64 pack of crayons, or the 128?

Did he wear a mask? Did others wear masks? If all precautions were met and the friend still died, then what does it matter. Shut down and wait it out. Many people in this world are going to keep going. It is 100% selfish for scared people to continue to push around the rest of the population.
