Does anyone know a good brand of replacement rod tips for various baitcaster bass fishing rods, and where I can purchase them? I've used the fuji ones you can get at Academy or walmart but the quality seems to be very low. Plus they don't seem to be a perfect fit. I've looked on mud hole and the choices are endless and expensive. I'm willing to pay the price if they are the best option. Just have no idea what brands are quality. Thanks for the input.

You mentioned it not fitting correctly. There are two numbers you need, tube size (fitting over end of rod) and ring size. Tube size number is in increments of 1/64”. Ring size is OD of inner ring in mm. Read this. https://blog.mudhole.com/6-steps-to-replace-a-tip-top/#.YEL9ImROIlQAs far as brand, Fuji is a good brand. They have different levels of quality/value. American Tackle, Pac Bay, Alps, etc. What rods are you putting these on? Do you have need for something other than stainless frame and an aluminum oxide ring?

Looks like I need to grab one of the guide gauges. What I really want is some back up tips for my main rods which are a mix of Falcon, Lews, and a few custom rods. My observation on the fuji rod tips is simply based on the ones in the variety pack you can get from academy. I've had several that the insert has fallen out of the tip in very short order. I'm sure they are probably the cheapest tips fuji makes. Thanks for the help.
