You should make the Osprey some popcon.

I like Dak. I think he's a solid quarterback. With the right coaches he could be even better.. But Mahomes is a generational talent. People aren't going to shell out hundreds just to see Dak play. They do for Mahomes. He's basically the NFL equivalent of MJ or Kobe. It doesn't matter if you're not a Chiefs fan, you want to see Mahomes play. I haven't looked it up. But I would guess that Zeke sells the most jerseys for the Cowboys. Mahomes is likely the KC"s #1 jersey by far.

If I was a gambling man, I would bet that the cowboys will not make it to the Superbowl with Dak, no matter how much they pay him or how many years he plays or how many Superstars they align around him.

Same goes for Mike McCarthy. McCarthy couldn't handle Rodgers running the show, how in the world is he ever going to coach with Jerruh's hand on his shoulder. McCarthy is a pushover.

He's the current best Yes Man for the job though. And why we will never see another Jimmy or Parcells in that job. Not as long as Jerry is around. I once had hope for Stephen, but that's fading.

Interesting. Good thing I didn't say I bet.
I had to go look it up Mahomes. #1 in the league.

I do not think Dak is the same zip code as Mahomes but really no one is. Dak and Deshaun Watson have basically identical career numbers except Watson has more INTs in 15 less games than Dak. I can see Dak getting or beating Watson money.

Speaking of Jane Slater though. Looks like things are just fine between Dak and the Cowboys.

I've never seen this in print anywhere, but if you add up Dak's money from 2019 through 2022, even with 3 tags in a row it's 31 million average.....how is dallas stupid??

He has made $36M in his time in the league counting the $31M tag from last season. Add the new tag to that and he will be about $70M. That does not break down to $31M per year average. They got a bargain on him the first 3 years.

Cowboys are jinxed. Until Jerrah is sequestered, they'll maintain the highest priced quality of mediocracy that he can afford.
