What’s a good medium sized spin reel for bass fishing with braid? Going to use one little more this year since having elbow issues

Check out the Lews Laser G at Academy. You will be absolutely SHOCKED at what you for $40.
Working towards no name brands

always a fan of the Shimano Stradic. lower end shimano's are made in Malaysia with inferior components. id highly recommend japanese made reels especially for braid.

I have probably caught over a thousand fish on a Sedona over the years but the newer ones are kind of cheaped out now. I have a Stradic now and love it, it is a very nice real!
See you on the lake and have a great day!

I have been very pleased with a Shimano NASCI in the 3000 size. The best reel at the price point IMO. I just ordered another one.

I have a couple of the H2O brands and a Diawa Ballistic. All of them get used. 2500-3000 size is my preferred size.
Daiwa biased

+1 on the Pflueger President. Great Reel or the money.
