Hey guys I wanted to share something that I do when it’s really windy on the lake. I’m sure most of you probably do the same but just in case there are any newbies to crappie fishing I thought I would share it. Thank y’all for watching.

Now that was one real quick easy loop knot. Do you ever have issues with that knot and do you ever use a tag line? I always find it amazing how some fishermen can make fishing so complicated and fishing guides make it so basic and simple.

No sir I’ve never had any issues with that knot and have caught no telling how many fish with it. As a guide we are are always fishing in adverse conditions and before spot lock had to do things fast. Lol I’ve always used it with topwaters ,jigs or hanging up a pig or deer by the neck or foot lol
