So I bought a new to me boat and it has the Ulterra TM. The puck is at the rear of the boat, 19’ away. Anyone know why? Interference? Does this mean the TM thinks it is located 19’ behind? If yes, any way to compensate? All help appreciated.

The Ulterra has a Heading Sensor, that can be anywhere that is magnetic interference free and has access to 12V.
The iPilot in the top of the motor is the GPS part.
