I saw 43 at the ramp at Ray Hubbard yesterday and found some 46-47 degree water, ran the banks in that areas and did not see any that were on beds yet.

48 on Pool. My only bite today was on a chatterbait that felt like I was hung. Reeling it in I'm sure I've just snagged a branch. Just felt dead weight. Gets close to the boat and takes off and gets off right at the boat because I never set the hook properly on the bite not wanting to lose a $15 lure if it's snagged. Never had a 4-5lb fish feel that much like total dead weight until it sees the boat. I forgot how cold that fish must be. Talked to 2 other boats with 1 total fish. Tough out there.
