I am thinking they are 8 or 9 years old. I was expecting some big fish to be caught last year.
I fish on the edge and stay out of the middle

Hard to say just yet.
When Mark Stevenson caught Ethel from Fork at 17.67 she was 10 years old. She lived nine more years in the big aquarium at BPS Springfield.

Are you telling me Ethyl was 19 years old ? Do you know how much Ethyl weighed when she died (or maybe at peak weight) ?

Are you telling me Ethyl was 19 years old ? Do you know how much Ethyl weighed when she died (or maybe at peak weight) ? I seen her in 1988 and watched her chase a shad all the way to the top and roll on it wish i could have seen that roll from the top. She was estimated to be around 20lbs or so when she died.
