Our master bathroom is bigger than most of those tiny homes. No thank you sometimes bigger IS better.

Travel trailers have more room than those things.

It's crazy.

There are so many road blocks to owning a tiny house. Here are some of the obstacles:

1) Finding somewhere to put it. Most neighborhoods have a minimum square footage requirement, like 1800 s/ft. I am not saying it is impossible, just limited. I would say that 99% of the people that you see on those Tiny Home shows, are putting their tiny home on property that belongs to their relatives.
2) Finding someone to finance it, if you don't have cash. Your APR is not going to be the same as full size houses.
3) Finding someone to insure it.
4) Throwing away a LOT of your stuff. Or you can store it but what sense does that make.
5) When you "go", everyone knows.
6) You hear everything outside.
7) No resale value.

Good luck!

Be safe,
Rayzor
