their TV schedule shows 27 hours scheduled to be shown on the Outdoor channel in March....obviously hundreds of thousands of somebodys enjoy their kool-aid....

Look, MLF is fine. It's not my favorite but I don't begrudge them. They produce a good product. But the super bowl?...... laughable. They're like liberals..... just because you tell yourself a lie enough times, doesn't make it true. Red Crest is just another derby.

Anything from MLF that get shown on a TV channel is pre-recorded. I don’t think I’ve ever seen them have a live event. Those Cup things they put on, they are not only prerecorded, but scripted reality TV shows... think the WWE of fishing. The BPT stuff is just a cut and spliced tape of what they showed on their website.

schedule says 2021 Heritage cup.....I beleive it's 9 1/2 hours of original programming and remainder is re-airs.....their concept of a bass tournament is a huge improvement over previous years of TV coverage where you might get to see a few minutes of a 2-4 fishermen actually fishing then walking across a stage and weighing a bag of fish....
MLF by utilizing a 5 day elimination type event results in 30-50 fishermen (and their sponsors) get some TV exposure and the top 20 get a lot of exposure....the 30 minute All Angles show is a very interesting and informative TV show that gives valuable TV exposure to 5-8 fishermen and their sponsors.....

Both of these tournament are just like any other. The only exception is The Classic has a fair attached to it. Either one can call themselves whatever they want. Will watch and enjoy both.

Im not complaining i enjoy all the pro fishing shows better than none at all on tv. They do the best they can with time and resources they have. Just enjoy it!

As long as they keep self inflicting wounds, I will continue to point it out and share in the laughs it brings. That podcast is of 2 MLF employees... and the funniest part worth exposing is they obviously totally ignore reality and history as they recite the company line. That is the kind of thing and culture that comes from the top. It’s almost as if they’ve been brainwashed and become detached from the real world around them.
