Athens Hatchery called. Said they’re all full up of SALs. Ain’t got no room for more.  gas is going up so much, they will just chunk them in Athens when they are done and tell everyone they "expired"

It's definitely livescope deal. Talked to a buddy who had a giant follower but she wouldn't commit. Another guy went back to her and caught one of the 14's... Danged right! I would take every advantage I could get. My hat is off to the guys wrecking them at Ivie. Congrats to all of them!

It's definitely livescope deal. Talked to a buddy who had a giant follower but she wouldn't commit. Another guy went back to her and caught one of the 14's... Vertical jigging the Arig ? That what I saw, I watched them for 45 minutes and it was interesting.

MLF will "reschedule" an event at Ivie in the near future! I bet you see a Cup event move there. They don't have the cell service there to run a regular live tour event. Oh they could bring in mobile towers to get cell service if they have $$$ to do it

Serious question because I am beyond amazed at this point. Have you Ivie guys been hiding this or are these guys doing something truly amazing? They haven’t been hiding this. The locals there catch all the 7-8’s they want throwing paw paws favorite power worm. People that understand electronics have tapped into something none of the west texas frequent fisherman know how to do Get over yourself. You’d come to Ivie and get tore up by the locals. Guaranteed.

This like has been really really good for a long time. Because it is harder to get to, and there is nothing around it as far as accommodations goes, it is able to fly under the radar. I personally have only fished it once. It proved to be a tough lake to fish for me that day, but I will say that I had hooked into a fish, that was suspended in flooded timber, that I never turned. I have never had any fish hit and break the lime like this one did. I can’t say it was a bass, but can say it was very strong whatever it was. My guess is that this lake will start to see development heading its way pretty soon.

I’m not sure why it’s so inconceivable for some of you guys to believe the locals have been catching big fish all along. Not everyone is looking for there 15 minutes of internet fame. This isn’t our first trip through sharelunker mania and we were very aware of what comes with it, good and bad. But hey the cats outa the bag now so y’all come down and enjoy and spend some money in the local economy, lord knows they’re due. I hope everyone realizes this lake is a great resource and takes care of it. See you on the water

Lynx19 is one to be afraid of if I had to put my bets in on this.
