Heard on radio this AM lawsuit filed in Hildago Co. Tx against the 5 or 6 semis that were involved. Do you think the Companies will settle or, do you think it’ll go all the way to a trial?

Insurance company lawyers will go back and fourth with personal injury attorneys on it quite some time and finally settle. I doubt there will be trials.

Big payday for the personal injury lawyers, small payday for everyone else. Hope these people aren’t waiting on their check like it was the next stimulus check.

part of the settlement was that the race trucks had to go, insurance paid off the wreck and doubt the driver could even get a job flippin burgers.

isurance will settle, drivers will lose their jobs, companies will whine about being short of drivers, the vicious cycle continues.

Why would they file this over 400 miles away from where the accident took place?

Because trials in south Texas favor plaintiffs if it is against large corporations and insurance companies.

And a S. Tx jury will convict the man, men, trucking companies.
