Better than boat fishing on a windy cold day, better than bank fishing, Close to DFW area. Great learning opportunity to fish with experienced fishermen.
YES it's boat slip fishing at the OFFICE. Under roof, deep water (23') , shady in summer, baited with fresh cover, Microwave, refrigerator, fish cleaning station, locker. Private, clean with restrooms handy. All for only $500.00 for a full year.
I have had a slip at Pier 121 marina for over 30 years. Fishing has usually been very good, particularly in winter.
Occasionally we have a bad winter like this year but it always bounces back. Lewisville is one of the best Crappie lakes near Dallas.
Limited number of spots available so don't wait. Year runs from April 1 this year thru March 31 next year.

We have a max of 10 memberships per slip. Sometimes we are full, other times we are short and I have to make up the balance. Rental on the slip is $5,700. per year. Rarely more than 2 or 3 show up at the same time. . We have ten slips that we have permission to fish so there's plenty of room.
