brian, do y'all have a blood donation set up so we can go donate toward the surgery?
don't have to match type, it just offsets what they will use. I'm in. ask the hospital, they should be able to tell you how we can give for credit toward the surgery.

Who is doing the surgery? Is it an ASD/VSD issue or stenosis?
My son was born 18 months ago requiring open heart surgery at 1 week old. Cook Children’s was beyond amazing. Nobody wants to go through any of it at all, but the team there will take amazing care of your son.
Dr. Tam did my sons surgery and Dr. Zuric is his cardiologist. Shoot me a PM if you have any questions. Not sure how different your experience will be being a catch procedure.

Thanks for all the prayers and good thoughts. We went in thinking it was going to be about a 3hr surgery, and there was a possibility the hole was too large and would require opening him up. They were done in just a hair over 1, with great news that the plug should hold just fine. He's in pretty good spirits, so we're in good spirits.
