Our 2015 GMC Yukon check engine light came on. The code is below which is most likely a faulty solenoid or dirty transmission fluid according to google. Anyone have experience with this code? I’m going to a mechanic tomorrow and he says most of the time it’s a dirty filter or trans oil. I hope this is the case. It’s my wife’s car and it just started to have trouble shifting gears. It did it once while she was going down the highway. She was able to drive home fine but I don’t want her driving til it’s fixed. Did problem just start?
Our Explorer would not go into reverse yesterday until motor came up to full operating temperature.
You may want to reset it and see if it flags again.

I had a transmission code that led to the finding the tranny was slipping. There was no way around it.

Go to Auto Zone and have them use their scanner to get a second opinion. They may also know a good local mechanic that has good Google reviews that can fix whatever it is so you don't have the pay the hourly rate at a dealership.

The times I have had that happen and they have been few, the problem as always been minor. Have taken my vehicles to the dealer when that light come on. Again it does not happen very often.

Transmission fluid in the wiring harness connector. (internal harness needs replacing).

Are you sure your wiper reservoir has fluid in it? I don’t know if it being low would trigger an error code, but I know how to fix it.
