Do you think they will do their thing somewhere between the two moons?

I never put much stock in the moon phases affecting much more than feeding habits of animals except where cows and horses are concerned because I think water temps and weather patterns play a much larger role for fish.

That said I am thoroughly perplexed as to when the fish will do the dance with no pants, the horizontal mambo, the funky monkey, the...well you get the idea.

If you are asking when fishing will be good, it’s probably going to be a while in DFW area lakes. I think the best fishing is when you are catching them in all three phases. That period usually begins with sustained warm nights/days and water temps sustained over 60, atleast. Proper moon phase is important too. If you are wanting to catch a big fish, you need to be on the water right now! I haven’t caught more than 3 fish at area lakes my last few times out but every one of them has been a prespawn fatty

Nobody has commented on how the upcoming rains will factor in. Would think that even with warmer days this would still keep the water temps cooler. I'm not big on the moon phases myself...I think the big push happens mid-late March if rains quit by then and warmer/longer days.
