Picked up an authentic Steyr Aug today. Picked up an authentic Steyr Aug today. This gun is bad to the bone. The magazine looks a little awkward where it is located. Is it comfortable to shoot? I didn't have any issues with the mag, but I didn't care for how close the two grips were to each other. Seemed really awkward handling to me. And I don't really like a vertical front grip, period. But then again I've put tens of thousands of rounds through more conventional style rifles, so it might not be like that for someone starting out.
