You used to just replace the blade, now it's the whole arm. Wait until you have to replace the entire windshield. Been there and need one now.

You used to just replace the blade, now it's the whole arm. Trying to figure out which of the 6 adapters to use can make a grown man cry too. I thought the same thing when I bought my last pair. The kid at Autozone asked if I wanted him to replace them in the parking lot before I left. Heck yes, that would be awesome. He had it done in minutes and would have taken me over an hour.

We but the OEM Rain-X at Walmart and they work great not too expensive and easy to install. They do come with adapters but for both our Toyotas not needed just easy off easy on takes about 1 minute per blade.

Once a year I use .00 steel, wool on my windshield to smooth it and get all the crude off. Then you can use cheap wipers if you want.

Interesting comments about the Bosch's. I switched over to them several years ago even with the price. Mine go a long time without rotting or streaking.

I've had good luck with the RainX. Don't remember how much they were but they've lasted over 4 years. I've had good luck with Rainx too!

Nothing seems to outlast the OEM pair that were on our vehicles when bought. After that I've had good luck with the Rain-X brand.

Everything goes up but ones pay check...... My wife calls me an angry old man when I say this stuff but within a very short period of time just about everything a person needs has doubled in price.

Once a year, I just replace them with the ones at Costco when they put them on sale for about $5 or $6 bucks a blade. They either have the Goodyear or Michelin ones. Being retired, I don't drive in much inclement weather, but the inexpensive blades do a good job on my 21 year old truck.
May you be treated the way you treat other people, today and everyday!

Bosch does suck.
You can get them at Walmart for $5 each but they are the cheapos.
Home Depot sometimes had the Michelin brand on sale for $8 each.
