Probably loads of vegetables left on the shelves. Hard decisions will have to be made.

On a side note does nasty azz campbells soup taste better in times like this cause as I was scrambling for supplies I noticed that shelf was beat up to...... Campbells has a line of soups that I think are pretty good now. Add a little Tobasco or Cholupa, I have had all of these and they are pretty good! I add Crystal to mine. You can also drain and serve over rice. Very filling and not too expensive.

I don't get the panic buying. Most everyone has enough "not so great" food choices in their pantry and freezers. You know, the canned goods at the back that never get used, etc. Just make do with what you have until things calm down. You don't need meat for every meal and can eat lima beans, year old hot pockets stuffed in the back of the freezer and rice if need be. Guarantee anyone that isn't living in poverty had enough food to last a week and were still eating 1500-2000 calories a day regardless of the road conditions. May have to get creative, but as a whole, we are not going to starve in a week. I always wonder what happens once the panic ends and people have 3 months worth of potato chips and cokes left. We are so spoiled it's unreal.
I did have to run and get coffee and creamer though. #firstworldfoodproblems
Not to minimize that some people did suffer from lack of water and electricity, but food is not going to be an issue for the vast majority of people. We sure act like it though.
What a maroon!

Mudshark it was strange yesterday because the produce was wiped clean also at WM. Wondered if that was a delivery issue more than people actually buying the veggies and fruit.
