I've purchased a lot from Southwest Wheel over the years. They've always been good to deal with and decent prices I thought.
But my last two attempts to work with them has been a disaster. Apparently the right people have moved on and the wrong people have moved in.
1st recent attempt of purchase, they sent me the wrong part or sent to the wrong address 4 times. The 5th attempt, the right part got to the right address and over a month from when the original purchase was made.
2nd recent attempt of purchase. They took my money. No part delivered. I had to follow up with them on where the part is.
The part is not in stock. Has not been in stock for some time. They do not know when the part will come in. But they still smile and take my money and do not tell me this.
I asked for a refund over 30 days ago and still no refund. I have had to disputed the charge with my bank.
Can't say I will be going back to these yahoo's. There's alot of places I can do bad business with. Don't need another one.
So I'm in need of a good trailer parts store. What's your go to place? I need a new one.

I had good luck with Southwest a few years back but like you say people move on. E Trailer has been great to work with for brakes and couplers. Wheels I dont know......
