I dont think the texas lakes need that publicity personally, they get enough pressure as it is.
After that new record was caught at Nachogdoches last spring it was insane, went from me and 3-4 other guys on weekdays at the ramp to full parking lots on both ramps....
That said it would have been interesting to say the least with this weather to see if they could catch much. Funny how things cycle. When I fished it a lot around 2000-2010 it was always full during the week. But that was before naconiche and Kurth got busy

There goes my pre-fishing plans for MBC next weekend. Guess I'll have to go find fish for myself, or just fish history!

Good move them water temps not gonna make 45 and they didnt wanna see a slow tourney where alot of guys probably struggle yes ther'e pros but it would be really tough. Im betting most were happy.

Has nothing to do with anyone not being tough...i
since you may not be from around here, quick summary...no hotels rooms-very little gas- good luck with groceries....and most of the coves if the lake are completely iced over
