I am camping out at the pharmacy. I have chili , gumbo and stew in the freezer. A twin sized mattress on the floor in my office, Can get neflix on the monitor for the security system. It could be a lot worse, but I am ready to get home , hopefully tomorrow night.

Thankfully, no. I do have a table I could sleep on in my office, but our facility has no water. One of my student coworkers messaged me to see if he could take a shower up there because they have a burst pipe. I had to tell him we didn't have water.

No, been back and forth from motel, to work and home. All within a 2 mile radius. Home has rolling power now but we have the motel for another night so will stay there tonight, maybe.

I haven't been able to shower since thur night, propane was too low to risk running out. Blackouts, no delevery and now 2 tankless rennai are afu. May not get one till tue or wed,, IF plumbers can get them fixed easy. If not then who knows.

MO Thanks for hanging in there for everyone. I know my pharmacists at CVS have been staying in a hotel nearby. I sure appreciated them being there.

my wife had to put several employees up at a hotel for the last few nights One of my friends is a corrections officer at a local juvenile detention center. She said they have to stay at work in these situations. I'm afraid of the response I'll get if I ask if she's having to work.

We do have our two food centers on campus open for the students and faculty/staff that don't have power. I'm wondering if the staff is just staying the night up there. We're keeping them open 24 hours a day through at least Friday, I think.

Best wishes to all you working folks, stay safe and as warm as you can. I have slept in my truck a few times in the parking lot, then they opened up the cafeteria annex for us. Finally made it home where my tire changes were and went home every night after that. Had a Miller Bobcat that was rated 10K to run the well, an Earth Stove heated the house. Glad to not have to get out in this stuff anymore.
