I wonder if their customer service is in the US. I received an email from them at midnight one day when I asked a question.

This is the email I received after registering. I have not received anything since.

Well I am at the point now of thinking they aren't getting these out today since not a single person I know that registered or anyone on this thread had received one today and it's after 5:00. Guessing maybe the weather email

Seems awful ridiculous for as big of a deal as this thing is.

Given the weather situation and tons of people without power and water across the country and especially here in Texas, I am not shocked that there could be a delay.

Its a fishing tourney, a few more days will be no big deal.

They sure didn’t mind sending me 10 emails encouraging me to register, but it’s too much to ask for them to communicate with any of us on announcement day.

Odd not a single person was notified today. Customer service said even earlier today we'd know by this afternoon

That’s the response I was given right before 7:00 by their customer service on the chat portal.

"Selected" would be a better word than "won".

I have no probldm waiting, but customer service has told me otherwise.

Guys, we had it bad but the weather was worse further north. Especially Springfield where it overly ices and gets lots of snow. Even with their power on, businesses and schools close.
Remember, It’s a fishing tournament lottery announcement. There is time.
